Return & Happiness Policy ✨
At Together Art, your child’s creative joy is our top priority. Every kit is hand-drawn and hand-assembled with love in our New Jersey studio, and we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it magical again.
Our 10-Day Return Window 🎨 If a kit isn't the perfect fit for your little narrator, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To ensure the next artist receives a perfect experience, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds & Care 🌿 Once your return arrives back at our studio, please allow 2-3 business days for our team to carefully inspect the items. We believe in being fair to our community, so we charge no restocking fees. Once approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. We’ll send you a little note as soon as the process is complete.
Exchanges: Finding a New World 🌍 Did you decide on the Mermaid Kit instead of Outer Space? We’re happy to help! Please contact us within 10 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
To ensure our kits stay in perfect condition for the next artist, we only accept exchanges for brand new, unused items in their original packaging.

Easy Label: Once we’ve taken a quick peek at the photo, we will email you a return shipping label.

Shipping Cost: To keep things simple, we will send you a small invoice for the return shipping cost. Once paid and the original kit is on its way back, we will ship your new storytelling adventure to you for FREE!
Shipping Your Return 📮 As a small, artist-run boutique, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We’ve streamlined our process to make it as easy as possible for you:

Verification: Please send a photo of the unused product in its original packaging to hello@togetherart.us.

Convenient Label: Once confirmed, we will issue a return shipping label and email it to you. This way, you don't have to worry about visiting the post office to buy one!

Refund Deduction: The cost of this return label will be simply deducted from your final refund amount.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and items must be in their original, resellable condition to qualify for a refund.
